Coastal Tanzania needs the top coating class as a baseline; anything less shows red rust at the fixing head long before the sheet fails, and on a warranted roof that is the installer's problem. Inland, the failure mode is different: dust abrasion and thermal cycling, which punishes the washer rather than the coating.
We supply fixings with bonded EPDM washers as standard for both cases, and quote colour-matched heads where the roof is visible rather than an industrial deck.

- The sealing washer, not the screw. Dust and thermal cycling harden cheap EPDM until it cracks, so we ship bonded EPDM rather than loose washers.
